Our senior menu specials include fresh tostadas, salsa, sopaipillas, red or green chile and a choice of one side. (Except Corn Chip Pie, Chile Bowl, Small Taco Salad and Papa’s Rellenado).

Senior Menu Selections
Cheese Enchilada & Beef Taco — A creamy Cheddar cheese enchilada and a savory ground beef taco. Garnished with lettuce, tomato & cheese.
Chile Relleno Plate — A full green chile pod stuffed with American cheese and smothered with your choice of chile. All topped with melted Cheddar cheese. Garnished with lettuce, tomato & cheese.
Small Bean Burrito and Ground Beef Taco — One small refried bean burrito, smothered with your choice of chile. Plus, a savory ground beef taco. Garnished with lettuce, tomato & cheese.
Chicken Chalupa — A crisp fried corn tortilla cup filled with refried beans and tender shredded chicken. Smothered with your choice of chile and topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
Blue Corn Tapatia — A lightly fried flat blue corn tortilla, loaded with ground beef. Topped with your choice of chile. Garnished on top with lettuce, tomato, cheese and zesty guacamole.
Fiesta Taco — Tender marinated steak strips, grilled with fresh tomatoes, onions, bell peppers and avocado, and placed in a soft flour tortilla. Comes with your choice of sour cream or chunky pico de gallo.
Corn Chip Pie — Crunchy corn chips in a big bowl, topped with whole beans, and savory ground beef. Add your choice of chile and melted Cheddar cheese. Garnished with lettuce, tomato, onions & cheese.
Traditional Huevos Rancheros — Two corn tortillas, lightly fried and topped with two farm fresh eggs, cooked any way you like. Add your choice of chile and Cheddar cheese. Garnished with lettuce, tomato and more cheese.
Chile Bowl — A big bowl of chile your way. Choose any combination of refried beans, whole beans, ground beef, shredded chicken or came adovada (red or green). Comes with three warm flour tortillas.
Small Taco Salad — Fresh garden greens topped with tomato wedges, avocado slices, sliced black olives, whole beans. Add your choice of savory ground beef or tender, moist shredded chicken. Topped with a creamy dollop of sour cream.
Papa’s Rellenado — A large baked potato split open and stuffed with your choice of ground beef shredded chicken, carne adovada red or carne adovada green. Topped with your choice of chile, smoked bacon bits and melted Cheddar cheese. Garnished with lettuce, tomato and creamy sour cream.
Baja Fish Taco — Flaky Atlantic cod, battered and deep fried to golden perfection, placed in a warm flour tortilla. Topped with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, tomatoes and Monterey Jack cheese. Garnished with lettuce, tomato, cheese and a serving of a light raspberry vinaigrette.
