Papa Felipe's is proud to offer a full bar and a wide variety of domestic/Mexican beer, spectacular and delicious thirst quenching Margarita's and exotic mixed drinks to wet your palate.  Our house margaritas are said to be the meanest in Albuquerque.  Come and find out for yourself.

Happy Hour: Papa's Happy Hour runs from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Monday thru Sunday in our Bar area.  Come and join the fun!!  Free appetizers are provided to our customers in addition to specials on beer and mixed drinks.

Grand Gold Margarita: A luxurious mix of Gran Marnier, Jose Cuervo Gold and sweet and sour with a hint of lime juice.

Baja Margarita:  A combination of Banana Liqueur, tequila and ménage trois of citrus juices.  You will agree that this is a tropical taste creation.

Strawberry Margarita:  One of Papa's frozen favorites! Mixed with sweet strawberries.  This margarita is a must!

Melon Margarita:  Sauza Commemorativo mixed with Midori Melon Liqueur, shaken with sweet and sour and garnished with an orange.  This sweet margarita will leave you asking for more!

Peach Margarita: A delightful blend of peaches, tequila, Peach Schnapps.  This is where a Peach Daiquiri meets a Margarita!

Margarita Magnifico:  Jose Cuervo Gold, fresh lime and Cointreau Liqueur...17 oz of pure delight - It doesn't get any better than this.

Papa's Specialty Drinks:

Papa's Perfect Martini: A smooth blend of premium spirits, Midori and Grenadine.  Extremely smoooooth!

Pink Floyd:  This is a Colorado Bulldog with a twist.  It comes with Vodka, Kahlua, Creme de Noyaux, half and half, a splash of coke, served chilled over ice.

Papa's New Bloody Mary:  Definitely better than the old!  A traditional Bloody Mary with Papa's blend of secret spices.  You will not be disappointed.

El Conquistador:  A brave mix of cream tequila, Kahlua and dark Creme de Cocoa, served over ice.

Peach Sangria Cocktail:  We'll never tell you what makes this tasty creation tick!

Jon's Jumping Monkey:  A wild and tropical blend of premium spirits with half and half and pineapple juice, served over ice.

Papa's Cactus Cooler:  This thirst-quenching libation is always a summertime favorite with Tequila, Midori, Cointreau and fruit juices.  A must if you're stranded in the desert!

Strawberry Pina Colada:  This Pina Colada has a definite attitude!  A fruity melange of strawberry, rum and coconut.
